ION Controls Otomasyon ve Kontrol San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("NextSpares") processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law, including Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). This notice explains how personal data is processed when you become a Platform Member and use Platform Services on www.nextspares.com and the NextSpares mobile application ("Platform").

We may process: *Account data*: Name, surname, email, phone, customer number. *Transaction data*: Orders, invoices, support requests, reviews, cancellations, returns, chat messages. *Delivery data*: Delivery address and contact details. *Payment data*: Payment method and stored card information where applicable. *Security data*: Device information, IP address, passwords, cookies, access logs, login method. *Legal process data*: Correspondence with authorities and legal proceedings. *Audio records*: Call center recordings where used.

Data is processed to create and manage accounts, provide marketplace and inventory services, process orders and payments, verify companies, ensure security, comply with law, and improve services.

Data may be collected electronically through the Platform, email, call center, and live support, or physically through forms and official correspondence.

Data may be transferred to service providers, payment institutions, logistics partners, cloud providers, and authorized public institutions where required by law.

Data is retained for the duration of the relationship and for statutory limitation periods thereafter.

Under KVKK Article 11, you may request information about processing, correction, deletion, objection, and compensation for damages by contacting info@nextspares.com.

Technical and administrative safeguards are applied to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.
